Multi-Site Property Manager
About The Position
Maloney Properties is seeking a dynamic Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee Haywood House and West Newton Armory, two communities totaling 130 units in Newton, Massachusetts. The role also requires additional coverage at various Metrowest properties. The workweek is split between four days at sites in Newton and Watertown, Massachusetts, and one day in Hudson, Massachusetts. Some flexibility and travel between sites are required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a choice of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Maloney Properties LLC is a real estate firm established in 1981. Its services include property management, real estate development, hospitality management, sales and marketing, and construction management. The company manages more than 100 housing communities with more than 10,000 units throughout New England. It describes its workplace as focused on people, teamwork, staff development, and training.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Haywood House and West Newton Armory communities, totaling 130 units.
- Provide additional coverage at various Metrowest properties.
- Manage leasing.
- Manage budgets.
- Conduct annual recertifications and manage waitlists.
- Collect rent.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Manage legal matters and ensure compliance.
- Maintain resident relations.
- Conduct inspections.
- Manage vendors.
- Process invoices.
- Supervise staff.
- Oversee general office management.
