About The Position

Morgan Properties is seeking a Multi Site Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial success of an apartment community. The role manages property operations across financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, and personnel management. The manager leads the on-site team and oversees day-to-day operations to meet company goals and maintain a thriving community.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record if traveling between properties.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents and staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead on-site staff, including scheduling and daily team meetings.
• Meet financial targets by growing revenue, controlling expenses, managing budgets, and overseeing collections.
• Maintain 95% occupancy through effective leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance, vacant unit turns, contractors, and capital improvements.
• Drive marketing and conduct monthly market surveys.
• Ensure Fair Housing and safety compliance.
