About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Services Associate to provide welcoming, attentive service at two San Francisco locations: Club Wyndham Inn at the Opera and Suites at Fisherman's Wharf. The role helps make guests’ stays memorable from registration through checkout by providing information about the resort and local attractions, quoting room rates, and managing reservations. Open availability to work all shifts at both locations is requested.

Requirements

Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash-handling procedures.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer and office skills.
Open availability to work all shifts at both locations.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide warm, friendly service.
Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and share information about the resort and nearby attractions.
Process cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle other cashiering and money-handling duties.
Complete checkout procedures and verify charges and credits on guest folios.
Reserve and confirm individual and group reservations.
Provide room rate quotes.
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
