About The Position

WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking an MSR to provide friendly, positive, and professional service to members. The role supports the credit union’s mission of helping members and communities achieve financial wellness through trusted financial services and lasting relationships.

The MSR processes teller transactions promptly, efficiently, confidentially, and accurately; recommends appropriate products and services based on members’ financial needs and goals; and regularly maintains and balances a cash drawer, reconciling discrepancies. The schedule includes an every-other-Saturday rotation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills.
• Positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for an every-other-Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Process teller transactions promptly, efficiently, confidentially, and accurately.
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on members’ financial needs and goals.
• Regularly maintain and balance a cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
