About The Position

WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking an MSR II to represent the Credit Union and serve members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. The role provides prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate teller transaction processing, opens a wide range of share accounts, and provides information about savings, loans, and other products. The MSR II responds to member requests, problems, and complaints, directing members to the appropriate person when needed, and learns to identify member needs and present or refer services appropriately. The schedule includes a rotation working every other Saturday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven track record in customer service.
Proficiency in basic computer use, data entry, and typing.
Positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work every other Saturday on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
Process teller transactions promptly, efficiently, confidentially, and accurately.
Open new share accounts, including savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, benefit, individual retirement, health savings, trust, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts.
Provide information about savings, loan, and other product features and benefits.
Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, and direct members to the appropriate person for assistance and resolution when needed.
Learn to recognize members’ service needs and present or refer services appropriately.
