About The Position

WESTconsin Credit Union is hiring an MSR II to provide member-focused service and support the organization’s mission of promoting financial wellness. The role represents the Credit Union to members, processes teller transactions, opens a variety of share accounts, and provides information about savings, loans, and other products. The position also responds to member requests and concerns, directs members to appropriate assistance when needed, and identifies opportunities to present or refer services that meet members’ needs. The schedule includes an every-other-Saturday rotation.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven track record in customer service.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, data entry, and typing.
Positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability for an every-other-Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
Process teller transactions promptly, efficiently, confidentially, and accurately.
Open new share accounts, including savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, benefit, individual retirement, health savings, trust, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts.
Provide information about features and benefits of savings, loan, and other products.
Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, or direct members to the appropriate person for assistance and resolution.
Learn to recognize members’ service needs and present or refer services appropriately.
