About The Position

Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from home. The program pairs knee and lumbar bracing with physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring, delivered through a network of in-home therapists. Remote visits and monitoring are paid per visit and per call. Therapists begin with six paid, in-person brace fittings for patients from their own current caseload. Each fitting includes intake, fitting, and follow-up, with a flat fee agreed in writing before the first patient. PeteDME provides a one-page screening tool to identify candidates and handles the prescription, benefit verification, and paperwork. This is not a sales role; therapists treat patients they already see and are not asked to refer patients. After completing six fittings, therapists may receive teletherapy patient referrals from PeteDME. This additional independent-contractor work is performed from home on the therapist’s schedule, alongside their current job. The role includes free specialized training and certification in orthopedic bracing and AI-generated SOAP notes, with no new EMR to learn. Fees are fixed in advance, and compensation does not depend on volume or referrals.

Requirements

Active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state where the therapist practices.
Currently working in home health or another in-home setting.
Evaluate and provide treatment.
