About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration of the National Capital Region is seeking a hard-working, self-motivated Moving Technician with a positive attitude to join its Contents Department. The technician assists with packing, transportation, cleaning, and disposal of items affected by disasters such as fire, water, and mold. The position may offer opportunities to advance into management, overseeing team members and ensuring project success.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis.
• Available to work 40+ hours per week.
• Pass a clean criminal background check and drug test.
• Customer-focused, with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with moving, packing, or box truck driving.
• Recent high school graduates with a hands-on attitude are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform contents restoration and structural cleaning.
• Pack and repack household items.
• Deliver restored goods to homeowners.
• Work occasional nights and weekends as part of an on-call schedule.
