About The Position
Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an experienced motor grader operator for a construction project in the DFW area. The equipment operator operates heavy equipment for earthwork projects. Work hours may be adjusted to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends. The work may involve adverse weather and hot or cold temperatures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
- Diligence in demonstrating safe work practices.
- Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Operate equipment in a safe and controlled manner.
- Grade to elevations and tolerances.
- Become proficient on a machine before advancing to another machine.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
