About The Position
Austin Bridge & Road is seeking General Laborers to support construction projects and crews. Laborers perform a variety of tasks that support skilled trades and help maintain safe, orderly jobsites. Work hours may be adjusted to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends. The work may take place in adverse weather and hot or cold temperatures. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
- Diligence in demonstrating safe work practices.
- Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities

- Perform hand digging and trenching.
- Pour concrete.
- Place asphalt.
- Set forms.
- Provide traffic control.
- Place erosion control devices.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Adjust work hours to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Work in adverse weather conditions and hot or cold temperatures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
