About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Columbus, Westerville, Dublin, Grove City, Hilliard, Powell, Delaware, Ohio, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian-founded and owned organization offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, emphasizing professional fulfillment, personal freedom, and a supportive culture of kindness. The role offers flexible schedules of two to five days per week, with an average of three to four unrushed appointments per day. Veterinarians receive comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and support from a 24/7/365 Support Center while practicing independently. Part-time opportunities are available for two days per week, with a guaranteed annual base salary of $45,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Availability to work some weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Candidates are subject to post-hire background and motor vehicle record checks before their associated start date.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in clients’ homes.
Conduct an average of three to four appointments per day.
