About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a part-time mobile veterinarian to serve Milwaukee, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, Racine, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas. The veterinarian provides compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families. The role offers flexible schedules of 2–5 days per week, with an average of 3–4 appointments per day. Veterinarians practice independently while receiving onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and support from a 24/7/365 Support Center. Part-time opportunities are available for two days per week, with a guaranteed annual base salary of $45,000, bonus opportunities, and benefits. Compensation details for three-, four-, and five-day schedules are available upon request.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
Valid U.S. driver's license.
Availability to work some weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Candidates must undergo a background and motor vehicle record check after hire and before their associated start date.

Responsibilities
