About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking a motivated Mobile Systems Support Technician for its Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, Ohio. The role involves assembling, maintaining, and repairing custom Mobile Data Terminals used to transmit data from vehicles.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer technology in a Windows environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organization and ability to multitask.
• Excellent soldering skills.
• Experience using electronic test equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Meet assembly and repair time expectations.
• Package finished products for customer shipment.
• Install components, units, and printed circuit boards according to specifications.
• Use electronic, hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
