Mobile Service Technician
About The Position
Beach Ford is seeking a motivated and skilled Mobile Service Technician to perform light-duty automotive services, including routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and select Ford recall repairs. The technician operates a fully equipped Mobile Service Van to provide convenient, on-site service at customers’ homes, workplaces, or other designated locations. The role involves working independently while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. This is an outdoor position with work in varying seasonal weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with every fourth Saturday scheduled. Sundays are closed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Nice To Haves
- Ford and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
