Mobile Service Technician

Castle Rock CDJR•Castle Rock, CO

About The Position

Castle Rock CDJR is launching a new mobile service program and seeks a technician to help build it from day one. The technician will operate an equipped service van and perform Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram maintenance, recall work, and light repairs at customers’ homes and workplaces. The role involves independently managing a route and helping plan the day, without working from a service bay or waiting on dispatch. Mobile service experience is not required; technicians with experience on other brands are encouraged to apply, and Stellantis experience is a major plus. The technician will prepare the van and parts for scheduled appointments, diagnose and complete appropriate work on-site, and determine when a vehicle must be brought into the shop. They will follow Stellantis procedures for recall and campaign work, document jobs using repair orders and a tablet, and communicate updates and recommendations to customers and Service Advisors. The role also includes maintaining the van, representing the dealership professionally, and occasionally working in challenging Colorado weather. FAH describes itself as a fast-paced, high-performing automotive dealership focused on customer experience and strong results. FAH LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
