About The Position

The Mobile Service Technician performs routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations while representing BMW of San Francisco. The role operates and maintains company-provided mobile service vehicles and equipment, uses AGA clean oil systems, resolves basic vehicle concerns in the field, and communicates with customers about vehicle needs, recommendations, and completed work. Repairs and maintenance must follow BMW standards, and the technician documents repairs, inspections, and customer interactions. The position requires open availability for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous automotive technician experience.
• Proficiency in conducting basic repairs, maintenance, and vehicle inspections independently.
• Experience identifying mechanical concerns and completing repairs.
• Experience providing professional customer service and communicating with customers and team members.
• Comfort using mobile technology and service documentation systems.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
