About The Position

ImpactLife is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist Charge to oversee blood collection operations at assigned blood drives or collection centers and help ensure collections run smoothly while providing donor care. The role includes supervising assigned staff and performing all parts of the donation process, including donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy. Charges may also drive company fleet vehicles, including box trucks, when needed. This is a full-time position working 30–39 hours per week. The schedule varies and may include days, evenings, and weekends. The role requires training away from home for up to two weeks at a time. ImpactLife is an independent community nonprofit that provides lifesaving blood products to more than 120 hospitals and emergency medical service providers across a four-state region.

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Enjoy working with the public.
Good, stable work history.
Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
Ability to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Valid driver's license in the state of residence and ability to be insured by the company's insurance carrier.
Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card.
Completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.
