About The Position

T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates represent the company inside a warehouse or club kiosk, engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment. They educate customers, demonstrate products, recommend solutions, and explain the value of T-Mobile warehouse/club member benefits. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer experiences, supporting customers as their technology needs evolve, and driving sales activity. Associates complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources, then continually practice and develop their skills. After completing on-the-job training, associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
Use digital tools and effective communication to educate customers and showcase T-Mobile warehouse/club member benefits.
Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources.
Practice skills, share knowledge, and contribute to store operations while continuously developing product and role knowledge.
Provide friendly, exceptional customer service by establishing rapport, trust, and loyalty, matching the pace of each customer, and exceeding customer expectations.
Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity.
Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
