About The Position

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of T-Mobile’s Retail Team, representing the brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage customers in high-traffic retail environments, build relationships, identify customer needs, and educate customers about T-Mobile products and services. The role involves demonstrating and recommending wireless solutions, supporting customer onboarding and self-service through digital tools and the T-Mobile app, and delivering a strong customer experience while meeting sales and quality-of-sale targets. Associates complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources. They review results and current promotions, practice and share skills, assist with store operations and opening and closing procedures, and secure kiosk cabinets and assets. They also coordinate with nearby store teams and leaders to support customers with account setup, device support, and account servicing. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay; after completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role.
