About The Position

The Mini-Bar Stock Attendant stocks and replenishes in-room private or mini-bars and in-room coffee stations at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort. The role includes maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring items meet quality and expiration standards, maintaining mini-bars, and accurately communicating guest charges to the Front Office. The attendant also supports in-room dining tray removal and amenity delivery as needed.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• At least six months of food service or related work experience.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the opening team.
• Stock and replenish private bar items and accurately compute and relay guest charges to the Front Office.
• Maintain accurate par levels for food items, including beverages and snacks, and non-food items such as menu cards, napkins, and straws on carts and in storage areas.
• Clean and maintain in-room private and mini-bars, and report damage or malfunctioning units.
• Check the quality and expiration dates of all items, discarding and replacing items according to established procedures.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist with in-room dining tray removal.
• Assist with delivery of in-room amenities.
