About The Position

Ambiente team members provide guests with exceptional service during their stay at the Landscape Hotel in Sedona, Arizona. The Houseperson/Mini Bar Attendant completes a variety of housekeeping duties while providing outstanding, informative, and friendly guest service. The role includes thoroughly cleaning public areas indoors and outdoors, including kitchens, multipurpose meeting rooms, the spa area, and office areas. Team members are expected to work and communicate effectively with other team members and maintain a continuous-improvement/LEAN mindset.

Requirements

• Ability to work and communicate effectively with other team members.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Commitment to quality and customer service.
• A continuous-improvement/LEAN mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of housekeeping duties while providing outstanding, informative, and friendly guest service.
