Mid-Market Customer Account Executive

As a Mid-Market Customer Account Executive at Gong, you will have the opportunity to work with the existing customer base and play a crucial role in driving company growth. Your main responsibilities will include hunting and closing expansion opportunities within the current account base, running an effective renewal process, and accessing C-level executives. With a focus on strategic partnership and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for articulating and demonstrating Gong's value proposition to create excitement among prospects. Additionally, you will work closely with the customer success team to expand the usage of Gong within new teams and departments.

• Hunt and close expansion opportunities within our current account base.
• Run a proactive and effective renewal process for current customers.
• Demonstrate an ability to multithread and access C-level executives.
• Manage a book of business with ~25 accounts.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
• Develop and leverage client relationships to expand the usage of Gong within new teams and departments.
• Work cross-functionally with our world-class customer success team to create raving fans.

• High level of proficiency in executive presence, business acumen, prospecting, and solving customer problems
• Ability to find new groups of potential Gong users within accounts and onboard them
• Drive strategic partnerships with customers to align Gong with their unique business needs
• Challenge conventional wisdom and never settle for the status quo
• Ability to hunt and close expansion opportunities within current account base
