DevSecOps Manager

As a DevSecOps Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a DevSecOps team, serving as the main point of contact for Development Security projects. You will join the DevOps management team and play a crucial role in designing and implementing the company's cloud infrastructure. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to impact the team's backlog prioritization, automate and streamline operations and processes, and contribute to the growth and development of team members. This role requires strong technical skills in DevOps methodologies and cloud security, as well as experience with security tooling and compliance requirements.

• Manage and lead a DevSecOps team working on Development Security projects
• Join the DevOps management team
• Manage cloud environments, infrastructure, tooling, and security
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure
• Prioritize the team's backlog
• Lead the growth and development of team members
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the overall picture

• Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD, and tools such as ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
• Hold security-related certifications
• Experience in triaging security alerts and incident response
• Familiarity with Compliance Requirements such as SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, PCI, etc.

• Experienced Team Leader / Manager (2+ years in managing DevSecOps teams) with a deep understanding of cloud security and best practices
• Strong technical skills and proven industry experience (7+ years) with DevOps methodologies, tools and technologies
• A leader who mentors, develops and grows their team members, enabling the team members to their full potential
• Great communication skills
• Strong Security tooling, processes expertise, including KMS, GuardDuty, Cloudtrail, SSO, as well as with tools such as Snyk / Wiz / Orca / Aqua
• Experience with cloud computing technologies, IaC, preferably AWS and TF
• Have a solid experience with parts of our tech stack that includes: GitOps, CI/CD and tools such as ArgoCD/Argo Workflows/ GitHub Actions /Jenkins
• Have one or more security-related certifications, such as CKS, CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, SECURITY+ or similar
• Experience in triaging security alerts and executing incident response
• Experience in Compliance Requirements (e.g. SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
