About the position
This role is responsible for driving the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy and growth of the company through data-driven insights. The individual will work closely with GTM leadership and other teams to develop recommendations on key strategic initiatives, provide executive-level reporting, and support the real-time outlook on the business. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical skill set, be proactive, and have experience in revenue operations or strategy consulting roles. They should also be able to operate in a flat organizational structure and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive GTM strategy across all customer segments through data and insights
- Contribute to the GTM planning cycle and work as a strategic thought partner to revenue leadership teams
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and GTM Ops teams to set an ambitious growth vision
- Develop recommendations on key strategic initiatives from initial hypotheses generation to executive-ready output
- Support real-time outlook on the business (forecast) including new business, upsell, and churn
- Challenge conventional wisdom and build novel approaches across the business funnel
- Build powerful, executive-level reporting to enable effective decision making
- Connect the dots through data across the GTM funnel between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Uplevel the analytical capabilities of the GTM organization
- Coach and grow more junior resources
- Annual planning experience, preferably at a high-tech or enterprise software company
- Comfortable working closely and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM FP&A, and/or strategy consulting roles
- Demonstrated ability to coach and grow more junior resources whether through formal management or project leadership
- Annual planning experience, preferably at either a high-tech or enterprise software company
- Highly analytical and proactive with a strong technical skill set
- Passion for performing deep analysis and quickly pivoting to powerful visualization and executive level messaging
- Motivated by and has demonstrated success in driving business impact
- Ability to operate in a flat organizational structure and work across levels and cross-functionally
- Strong ability to drive GTM strategy through data and insights
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with GTM leadership, Finance, HR, and GTM Ops teams
- Ability to develop recommendations on key strategic initiatives
- Experience in building powerful, executive level reporting
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to connect the dots through data across the GTM funnel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
