About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role helps keep shelves full, products fresh, and displays appealing. Work involves visiting multiple stores, moving products from backrooms to sales floors, and maintaining organized, safe stock areas. The position includes on-the-job hands-on and classroom training. It is a fast-paced, hands-on role that keeps you moving for most of the day and involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
The role requires repeatedly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12 hour work period, with or without accommodation.
The role requires bending, reaching, and squatting, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, such as signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records; training is provided.
