About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in large-format and local stores. The role helps keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays appealing for local communities. Work includes traveling among store locations in different geographic areas, typically starting at 5 a.m.; end times vary based on route completion and business needs. The position is hands-on and fast-paced, with most of the day spent on the go and moving product. PepsiCo provides on-the-job training through hands-on and classroom instruction. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
May be required to work holidays.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12 hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
