About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverages, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role helps keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays effective. It is based in Hidalgo, Texas, and the stated schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Hands-on and classroom on-the-job training is provided. The work is fast-paced and involves being on the go for most of the day while handling and moving products.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
• Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, including signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
• Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
