About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo products, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role supports communities by keeping shelves full, products fresh, and displays well maintained. Work involves visiting multiple store locations, stocking and organizing products, maintaining displays, and coordinating with store teams. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The position is based in Houston, Texas, with a variable work schedule and two days off per week. The stated start time is 5:00 a.m. and end time is 2:00 p.m.; the posting also describes repeated physical work over 10–12-hour work periods.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Position may require working holidays.
Ability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over 10–12-hour work periods, with or without accommodation.
Ability to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
