About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverages, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role supports communities by keeping shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays well maintained. Work is active and fast-paced, with on-the-job training provided through hands-on and classroom learning.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
• Be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
• Be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores by stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move products from backrooms to sales floors, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, including signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
