About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores to keep shelves full, products fresh, and displays appealing. The role is based in Maumelle, Arkansas, pays $21 per hour, and lists work days as open, with a 2 p.m. start and 11 p.m. end time. This is an active, hands-on role spent on the go for most of the day, moving products throughout the shift. On-the-job training includes hands-on and classroom instruction. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
May be required to work holidays.
Must repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores, stocking shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, including signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
