About The Position
Merchandises PepsiCo beverage products—including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina—in local and large-format stores. The role supports full shelves, fresh products, and appealing displays across multiple store locations during an assigned shift. Hands-on and classroom training are provided.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
- Drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
- Lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
- Bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores; stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
- Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
- Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
- Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, such as signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
- Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
