About The Position

Jacent is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to work in stores in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Merchandisers place products, build displays, and work with store personnel in their communities. This role offers daytime hours, a predictable schedule, and 40 hours per week. Paid training is provided, and mileage and travel time between stores are paid. The role also includes cell phone reimbursement and advancement opportunities.

Eligible new hires whose start dates fall between October 1 and November 30 will receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus, payable in four installments. Candidates must reside within 20 miles of Phoenix, Arizona. The job requires standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Be a self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets.
