About The Position

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to work in stores in the San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and Coolidge, Arizona area. Merchandisers place products, build displays, and work with store personnel in their local communities. The role involves cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks, and implementing plan-o-grams.

The position offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule, with 20–30 hours per week. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. Paid training is provided, and mileage and travel time between stores are paid. Cell phone reimbursement and advancement opportunities are also offered. Eligible new hires whose start dates fall between October 1 and November 30 receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus, payable in four installments.

Requirements

• Be a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and in a team setting.
• Be comfortable working in changing environments.
• Be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and crouching, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive hand movements.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
