About The Position

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to place products, build displays, and work with store personnel in local retail stores. Merchandisers execute in-store merchandising programs and help retailers improve the shopping experience and increase sales. The role involves working independently and with a team in changing environments, while building relationships with in-store management and other business partners.

The position offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule of 8–12 hours per week. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. Paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities are offered. Eligible new hires whose requisitions meet the stated criteria and who start between October 1 and November 30 receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus paid in four installments. Applicants must reside within 20 miles of Silver City, New Mexico 88022.

The work includes standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements. Reasonable accommodations may be available. Requirements
