Merchandiser Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to work in stores in their local community, placing products, building displays, and coordinating with store personnel. Merchandisers support retail programs by executing resets, merchandising impulse items, and implementing plan-o-grams. The role offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule of 12–20 hours per week. The listed pay is $15–$18 per hour, with paid training, mileage and travel time paid between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities. Eligible new hires starting between October 1 and November 30 receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus, payable in four installments. Applicants should reside within 20 miles of Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507.
Requirements
- Be a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and in a team setting.
- Be comfortable working in changing environments.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours; lifting up to 50 pounds; and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners.
- Reside within 20 miles of Santa Fe, NM 87507.
