About The Position

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to work in local retail stores, placing products, creating displays, and working with store personnel. Merchandisers help deliver Jacent’s cross-merchandising programs in stores and are expected to reflect the company’s culture pillars: playing offense, being solutions oriented, delivering legendary service, acting with integrity and courage, and working together.

The position offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule of 8–12 hours per week. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. Paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities are offered. New hires in eligible requisitions who start between October 1 and November 30 receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus, payable in four installments.

The role involves cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks, and implementing plan-o-grams. Applicants should live within 20 miles of Tucson, Arizona 85747 and be able to meet the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Be a self-starter and quick learner.
