About The Position

Jacent is hiring a Merchandiser to work in stores in the Frisco, Texas area, also servicing Prosper, Texas. Merchandisers place products, build displays, and work with store personnel to support retail merchandising programs. The role includes cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks, and implementing plan-o-grams.

The position offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule of 16–20 hours per week, paid training, mileage and travel time paid between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities. The listed pay is $15–$18 per hour. Eligible new hires starting between October 1 and November 30, 2026, may receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus paid in four installments.

Requirements

• Be a self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and in a team setting.
• Be comfortable working in changing environments.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours; lifting up to 50 pounds; crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Reside within 20 miles of Frisco, Texas 75034.
