Merchandiser-Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to work in local retail stores, placing products, building displays, and working with store personnel. Merchandisers help create shopping experiences and increase sales by executing merchandising programs in more than 18,500 stores. The role offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule of 8 hours per week, with paid training and mileage and travel time paid between stores. Eligible new hires may receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus in four installments, subject to the stated employment and good-standing conditions; the offer may change or end at the company’s discretion and does not apply to rehires.
Requirements
- Be a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and in a team setting.
- Be comfortable working in changing environments.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners.
- Reside within 20 miles of Royce City, Texas 75189.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
- Execute merchandising resets.
- Build retail displays.
- Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
- Implement plan-o-grams.
