About The Position

Jacent is hiring a Merchandiser to work in local retail stores, placing products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel. Merchandisers execute merchandising programs in stores and help create effective impulse-shopping experiences. The role offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule, with 16 to 20 hours of work per week. Eligible new hires may receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus paid in four installments, subject to continuous employment, good-standing requirements, and the company's stated terms. The position is based within 20 miles of Gilbert, Arizona 85295.

Requirements

• Be a self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable working in changing environments.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and crouching, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive hand movements.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners.
• Reside within 20 miles of Gilbert, AZ 85295.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets.
