Merchandiser Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to work in local stores, placing products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel. Merchandisers execute merchandising programs in more than 18,500 stores and help create effective shopping experiences. This role offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule for 8–10 hours per week. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. Paid training, mileage and travel time between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities are offered. Eligible new hires starting between October 1 and November 30 receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus, payable in four installments. The role is based in Nogales, Arizona, ZIP code 85621.
Requirements
- Be a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and in a team setting.
- Be comfortable working in changing environments.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours; lifting up to 50 pounds; and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
- Execute merchandising resets.
