About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. The role helps keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and displays appealing for customers. Work takes place across multiple store locations in different geographic areas and involves regular driving, stocking, moving product, and maintaining displays and backrooms. The position is based in Pflugerville, Texas, and is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, with a 5:00 a.m. start. The workday ends when the work is complete. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The workplace is fast-paced and active, with much of the day spent on the go.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Must be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials, such as signs and banners, to support national and local initiatives.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
