About The Position

Merchandise PepsiCo beverage brands, including Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, in local and large-format stores. Keep shelves, coolers, and displays stocked according to plan; maintain product freshness and quality; organize backroom inventory; and support promotional initiatives. The role involves visiting multiple store locations, working on the go in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and using handheld tools for orders and daily records. On-the-job training includes hands-on and classroom instruction. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with a 5 a.m. start and work ending when tasks are complete. The position is based in Pflugerville, Texas, and is described as on-site.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
Have personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
Be able to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
Be able to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds over a 10–12-hour work period, with or without accommodation.
Be able to bend, reach, and squat, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Merchandise PepsiCo products in large-format and local stores.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to plan.
Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
Move products from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat and safe backroom.
Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials such as signs and banners.
Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and build relationships.
Use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
