About The Position

As a Hallmark Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to showcase organization and time-management skills, build retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, and may support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service. The role involves servicing Hallmark departments in grocery, drug, department, and mass-retail stores. You are responsible for the Hallmark product displays at your assigned stores and use a Hallmark-provided mobile device for merchandising tasks, communication, reporting time, feedback, and surveys. Work takes place on selling floors and in back stockrooms. The schedule is part-time and variable during the work week, averaging 11–13 hours weekly. Additional days and extended hours are expected around major holidays and seasonal demand; some holiday work may include weekends. Resets and remodel assignments may involve evenings or weekends, and notice is typically given two weeks in advance. Starting pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Hallmark provides paid training through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits.
