About The Position

Jacent is seeking a Merchandiser to work in local retail stores, placing products, building displays, and working with store personnel. Merchandisers support Jacent’s cross-merchandising programs and help retailers create effective shopping experiences and increase sales. The role offers daytime hours and a predictable schedule of 6–12 hours per week, with paid training, mileage and travel time paid between stores, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities. The listed pay is $15–$18 per hour. Eligible new hires whose requisitions start between October 1 and November 30 receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus payable in four installments.

The role involves working independently and as part of a team in changing environments. Candidates should live within 20 miles of Fort Worth, Texas 76132, and be able to meet the stated physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements

• Be a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and in a team setting.
• Be comfortable working in changing environments.
• Be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation: standing and walking for 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and crouching, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities
