About The Position

The Part-Time Merchandiser Stocker provides merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the assigned territory around Greater Tomah, Wisconsin. The role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned. They use their personal vehicle to travel between stores; products are delivered to stores in advance, so transporting products is not part of the job. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

The schedule is part-time, generally starting at 6 a.m. and continuing until work is finished, for 25–30 hours per week. Weekend work is required, with days off falling during the week, and flexibility to work overtime as needed is expected. The position suits a self-motivated, customer-service-oriented person who can work independently, interact with others, work in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in detailed work. Much of the shift involves physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases.

Starting pay is $21.86 per hour, increasing to $22.95 per hour in the quarter after the employee's six-month anniversary. Benefits are subject to eligibility.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
