About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the Greater Orlando and surrounding areas. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts within an assigned territory. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned. They use their personal vehicle to travel among stores; products are delivered to the stores in advance and are not transported by the merchandiser. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a part-time position scheduled Sunday through Tuesday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with weekends required and days off during the week. Overtime may be needed. The work is active and involves repeatedly lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Self-motivated and customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, interact with others, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at retail stores.
• Provide merchandising support to stores within the assigned territory.

• Starting pay of $19.57 per hour, increasing to $20.60 per hour in the quarter after the employee's six-month anniversary.
