About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores within an assigned territory. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover assigned routes. Employees use a personal vehicle to travel between stores, but do not transport products, which are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time role with five scheduled shifts per week, beginning at 7:00 a.m. and continuing until the work is finished. Overtime may be required. The position involves an active workday, including repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases. Starting pay is $20.83 per hour, increasing to $21.84 per hour in the quarter after the employee's six-month anniversary.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Have access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Provide proof of vehicle insurance.
