About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the assigned territory of Greater Tucson, Green Valley, and Sahuarita, Arizona. The role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned.

The position requires using a personal vehicle to travel between stores; products are delivered to stores in advance, so the Merchandiser does not transport them. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time role with five scheduled shifts per week, starting at 5:00 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Weekend work is required, with days off during the week, and overtime may be needed.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-service-oriented, comfortable working independently and interacting with others, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The work is active and involves repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within the assigned territory.
• Provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
