About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the assigned Greater South Charleston territory and surrounding areas. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned. The employee uses a personal vehicle to travel between stores but is not responsible for transporting products, which are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time position with five scheduled shifts per week, beginning at 5 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Weekend work is required, with days off during the week, and overtime may be needed. The work is active and involves repeatedly lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-service-oriented, comfortable working independently and interacting with others, and takes pride in detailed work.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
