About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores within an assigned territory, including the Greater Indianapolis area. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned. They use a personal vehicle to travel between stores; products are delivered to stores in advance, and the employee does not transport them. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time position with five scheduled shifts per week, starting at 6 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Weekend work is required, with days off during the week, and overtime may be needed. The job is active and involves repeatedly lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases. Starting pay is $21.59 per hour, increasing to $22.72 per hour in the quarter after the employee's six-month anniversary. Benefits are subject to eligibility.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
